Hi, I’m Frank Thomas. I’m the President of Kay Furniture Company in Smithville, Missouri. We’re just north of Kansas City Missouri. We’ve been in business for forty-seven years, and due to the rough economy and the rough housing, we decided to close our business. In the past we had tried two other promotional companies, with disappointing results.
I checked Planned Furniture Promotions references, one of which I knew from the past, and they both gave good reviews. We thought we would give them a try.
From the beginning they were very professional. They gave us support with our vendors…they helped us receive customer satisfaction. The flow of inventory was unbelievable, from management to office, to warehouse and sales. All the personnel were respectful, polite, and efficient.
I can honestly say that in the end I have no complaints that wouldn’t be considered a nit-pick. They exceeded my expectations by delivering everything that was promised, including the bottom line. I would highly recommend Brandon Beck and Planned Furniture Promotions.
